America's views on the Armenian Genocide
The UK, USA, and Israel have different thoughts on the issue, and they are not joining a side, at this point ("BBC News"). Even though, the US hasn’t formally chosen a side on the controversy, some presidents have openly discussed and done something about the issue. For example, president Clinton issued a news release on April 24, 1994, to commemorate the tragedy that happened to Armenians  ("FACT SHEET: ARMENIAN GENOCIDE") .

Argentina, Belgium, Canada, etc.

Multiple countries have also publicly announced which side they are at on this on-going argument. Argentina, Belgium, Canada, is among 20 countries who believe that the crime the Turks have committed towards the Armenians is a genocide.

Turkey

The Republic of Turkey denies that the Armenian Genocide was a genocide and was just a war. They believe that they were just war events between different countries. Turkey has been feuding with other countries denying all the accusations on their ancestors involving the Armenian genocide and the people whom were involved. They've even made drastic actions such as suing people who openly discuss and accuse the Turkish people. The Republic of Turkey fully denies that the Ottoman Empire purposely eliminated the Armenian population, although scholars agree that the extermination is considered a genocide ("Armenian Genocide denial").

Armenia

Armenians became outraged at Lamburn “for dropping his support…to pass a resolution effectively scolding Turkey for that nation’s failure to recognize the mass killings in Armenia” (Roeder ). Armenians around the world April 24 symbolizes the tragic chapter of their history. From then, they have tried their hardest in giving awareness to the world (McCarthy). Others have done this task by “honoring the memory of victims of 1915 genocide and seeking justice from them” (Vartanian p15). They have even made rallies to gain support and they have used college to educate scholars and others on what happened during the Turkish war.
